Shipping(NL) is done via PostNL in the Netherlands. Shipping to another delivery address or a Post NL pickup point is possible. Look at the bottom when you fill in the address details and check a different address/pickup location.

Shipping costs: all amounts are without shipping costs. If you want to send the order registered and insured please inquire about this. Standard orders are sent via letterbox / parcel post with track and trace.

International shipment:

Do you live outside of the Netherlands? Please inquire first if it is possible for me to ship to your country.

Delivery time: it can take 2 to 7 days for the order to be ready for shipment. If the delivery time is different, you will be notified. For example if you have specific requests or if in case of a big order. 

Payment: the amount of the order must be paid in advance via Tikkie (IDeal, NL only), Throne (creditcard), (international)bank transfer or digital gift voucher.

Discrete payment: Purchase a gift voucher already before you checkout and only send the code afterwards. Then you won't see a payment on your bank statement.

Return policy: the products are 'custom made' and also for hygienic reasons the products cannot be returned.

Extra options: used/worn items can be combined with (additional) digital photos, short videos, handwritten notes, tasks and specific wishes upon request.

Packaging: all orders are packaged and shipped discreetly. No reference is made to this website in any capacity or the nature of the items. Packaging consists of a neutral bubble envelope, mailbox box or neutral box. The first layer inside is also packaged neutrally.
