Payment:

The payment must be made in advance. The session will take place only after it is seen that the payment has been made. If you wish to extend the session and have not paid the extension fee before the end of the already paid session, the session will be stopped after the paid booking time and will be resumed when it can be seen that the extension fee has been paid.

Scheduling camsession / online intake:

I usually cannot come online right away for a camsession. Please let me know in time when you want or we just meet online at our mutual convenience. A face check in advance is also possible. You can also reserve a time by making a deposit of 30 euros.

Before starting:

Please be on time if you made an appointment for a specific day and time to make a payment. If you do not show up at the booked time, I will assume that you are no longer interested. Scheduling a new appointment is always possible.

Internet:

It's best to cam with a wired connection. For example, with a cat. 5e/6 cable and possibly a usb hub that you connect from your modem to your PC or laptop. If you are camming further from your modem, you can also possibly use a wifi extender as a middle piece that you attach to the ceiling or a wall and connect two internet cables to it and possibly use cable clips or duct tape. You will then have the specified Internet speed from your provider. Detached wireless wifi boosters often don't work as well. Also watch your upload and download speed and do a speed test to see if you have a good speed. If you have a good internet speed and are reasonably close to the modem you can also cam wirelessly well. However, you need to have a subscription that has a high internet speed by default. If you cam on your cell phone and your connection is not good, please inform if your cell phone is suitable for the fastest internet of your mobile phone/internet provider.
