If a customer violates certain house rules or standards of conduct, a temporary or permanent suspension may be imposed. The customer will then no longer be able to use the services. In the case of a first suspension, the customer may request that the suspension will be lifted, however, fees may be charged for this, depending on the (im)material damage that I have incurred. The following situations may result in a blockages:
1. Booking a session and making me wait a long time.
2. Booking a session and then canceling it without giving timely notice.
3. Repeatedly sending messages without intending to purchase a paid service.
4. Failing to pay renewal fees on time.
5. Regularly requesting sessions with transaction amounts under 20 euros.
6. Requesting services that violate the law.
7. Causing frequent delays by interrupting the session and failing to indicate when it can resume.
8. The use offensive language.
9. Repeatedly requesting services at a time when it is clear that I am unavailable. I am not active on streaming platforms, my website clearly states that I am unavailable, and the customer did not book an appointment in a timely manner.
10. Making unscheduled calls. Customers who call out of the blue in the night will always be permanently blocked.
11. Requesting payment after the session or starting or extending a session without confirment that the fees have been paid in advance.
12. Repeatedly sending messages outside of my working hours and expecting or demanding that I respond outside of working hours when the messages are not urgent.
13. Repeatedly asking personal questions about my private life, or other questions that are not relevant for the services that I give.
