We care a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

The effective date for the validity of these terms is 1/1/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About the data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, which security techniques we use and to whom the data is accessible.

Website software
Our website has been developed using third parties software. Personal data that you make available to us for the provision of our services are shared with this company. They has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. They are obligated to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. They use cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Webhosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from third parties. They processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. This is not personal data. They take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. They shall be bound to secrecy pursuant to the agreement.

Email traffic
We use the services of hosting services and Google for our regular business e-mail traffic. These parties have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. They have no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.

Payment processing
We use these payment profiders and external commercial (cam)platforms to process (part of) the payments in our web store. They processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. They take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. They reserve the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of their services for which it engages third parties. They will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.

Purpose of data processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information - other than at your request - to contact you at a later time, we will ask your explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to fulfill accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Data collected automatically
Data automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (for example, your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request to forget. We are required by applicable administrative law to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for the duration of the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
